Give us a prioritised list of 3 company names of interest to you

2. Directors, Company Secretary

Who will be the directors and secretary of the company? You or your wife?

3. Shareholders for both companies

Please specify the % of ownership for both companies - we will set up the companies based on this response

4. KYC - Know Your Client

We will need to have copies of your passports and recent utility bills for our internal KYC purposes and onboarding procedure.

These will have to be (later) apostilled for banking purposes.
