Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures in accordance with CySEC regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Help identify and assess compliance risks within the organization. Support the implementation of effective risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
• Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with senior management to contribute to strategic plans that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Provide support on compliance-related matters.
• Training Assistance: Participate in training programs to educate employees on compliance policies, regulatory changes, and best practices. Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Help ensure transparent communication regarding compliance issues.
• Monitoring Activities: Support regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Assist in implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal stakeholders to stay informed about regulatory developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
• Years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, with exposure to CySEC regulations.
• Understanding of compliance programs and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and assess their impact on business operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practices.
