Dear Sirs,

One of our clients has the below structure and is asking to redomicile the BVI subsidiary which is currently Maltese Tax Resident to Cyprus.

a) Is this feasible?

b) How much for A to Z service? The fees are indicative as we do not know how much this costs

Individual -→ Owns 100% BVI Company (Ireland Tax Resident) -→ Owns 100% BVI Company (Malta Tax Resident)

wants to change the structure as:

Individual -→ Owns 100% BVI Company (Ireland Tax Resident) -→ Owns 100% Cyprus Company (Malta Tax Resident)
